As customs brokers, we are authorized by SUNAT (National Tax Administration Service) to perform customs clearance of our importer and/or exporter clients merchandise. We receive this authority through a proxy. We carry out customs procedures through the customs declaration and assign the merchandise to the customs regime indicated to us, complying with the obligations set forth in the General Customs Law and its regulations.
